Telemetry resolves what it can measure; the rest needs a human. The worklist is what’s left: identify a mechanic or capture task by labeling an example, confirm a pattern the pipeline flagged, or correct a span it misread. Your edits overlay the pipeline output — a re-run never clobbers them.
